We booked Katy as our venue was 'dry hire' so pretty much do it yourself! We knew we would need to have someone to coordinate the day, but not necessarily help us plan the wedding. We found KOVA events online and Katy immediately made time for us to go through our requirements, and no question was too much trouble for her. We had a number of catch ups with her in the lead up to our big day, and we were so impressed with how organised she was. Every detail was captured in her function sheet and no stone was left unturned. On the day everything ran to precise timing, and we didn't have to worry about a thing as Katy was on it! she liaised with all of our suppliers so we didn't have to, and worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was going ok. We couldn't have had such a perfect day without Katy. We would recommend to anyone needing either full wedding planning or on the day coordination like us.

Katy is am amazing wedding co-ordinator. We started working with her very soon after we got engaged. She understood our vision for our fusion wedding and was very proactive with helping us find and subsequently co-ordinate with our various vendors. It was only 1 month before our wedding that we decided to look at getting a wedding coordinator on board. I found Katy as she was so local to our venue and we instantly hit it off on a zoom call. Looking back now I honestly can't even imagine how our wedding day would've gone without Katy. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I'm a bit of a control freak and havig Katy there allowed me and my husband to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about the little things. She was so professional, friendly, kind and helpful, we trusted her completely to make sure everything ran smoothly and it did! I cant sing her praises enough, she was invaluable. I required help in designing my press kit as well as bookmarks in preparation for the launch of my new book, and Katy’s expertise and creative flair, were just what I needed to complete the tasks so promptly and efficiently.

I warmed to Katy, her caring personality just shone through in her warm smile, that I just had to ask her if she could help assist me in the smooth running of my book launch event. Before I knew it, Katy had everything organised with finding the right venue for my needs, and the event itself ran so smoothly as Katy took care of my guests as well as setting up the room and serving the bubbly!

My special day was one to remember, and I will always remember how Katy made that day so special for me. Because if this, I won’t ever ask anyone else to help me on future book launches, as I know that my event will be a huge success leaving it in Katy’s capable knowledge and hands.
