I went to the store yesterday to buy shoe for my child's concert. The shoe aisle was very messy, and I had difficulty finding one shoe but in wrong size. I asked team member to check, but she told me to go through the messy aisle instead of checking in the back for the size I needed, which is practically impossible to find a particular shoe in that mess.

Please keep the store organised, so we can find what we wanted.

Self checked out yesterday, and the staff attendant was called (by the check out) to remove security tags from some of the things I bought. Got all the way home (15km drive away mind you) and discovered more tags, so I returned this morning to have them removed.
Yesterday's team were great, smiled and acknowledged as I walked in and out the door, and even though she missed tags, the chick at the registers was smiling and happy to help.
This morning, no smile or acknowledgement from the chick on the door as I entered or exited, and the chick at the registers was a dead set smart arse. "Did they not beep at the door"... No care factor at all, no acknowledgement. How those two women this morning have a job in customer service astounds me. Smile, have a lovely day ladies. This is why we all prefer to shop online now. Who wants to return to a shop to rectify issues, only to be told it's apparently my fault all along for not walking back into the store as I entered, because the customer is supposed to know when we have extra tags on our items.
Train your teams, this is not good customer service at all.

This Kmart is in Tarneit and most of the isles were fully stocked. The store is clean and tidy and has plenty of new products.

I picked up a lot of craft items for a friend who is creative and crafty. I tend to forget that the range is cost effective and a good selection of crafty items compared to spotlight or Dean’s Art.

Today morning I went to Tarneit Central Kmart to returning one of the my son uniform pant. Which I accidentally bought wrong size. A lady at reception was so rude. I just said I didn’t have receipt at the moment and I want just change size. She said no we can’t do this without receipt. I said ok will come next time. But her Body language was so rude to me and I am feeling very disrespectful. Why did she treat me like this, it’s not a good experience for me.

I have visited Kmart taneit central store to pick up my son's bike. 0 start service, I visited store at 5:55 pm, customer service staff at duty at time 5:55 pm is so rude to me and a customer before me, the way she talks to cx was too rude. No courtesy at all. First of all, she refused to give me bike, as bike guy didn't come. This is the third time I came to pick up my bike. Then she asked me to wait, until she finish serving all customer. I refused to wait as my time is important as hers, she could ask some help, instead she asked me to wait. Then she said she can't get bike out as it's far back. I asked her to get help. She called manager. I see they were doing some discussion at back but no action. I decided to cancel this order, as service is pathetic and didn't want to deal with this anymore. So me and she both went back to counter at customer service, she asked me to go back in queue while I am the one who she still serving. I refused to go back in queue as she supposed to finish my transaction first, all she wants is make me wait for my refund until she finishes all customer , which is unfair. I have to forced her to finish my transaction. I report this staff complaint to Manager. She said she will pass it on. I would like to inform Kmart management this staff member definitely have no Customer service skill, and need some more training.
