It's winter and not one item of 2XL anything! Jumpers you could literally spit holes in, Staff walking around doing absolutely nothing with no intention of helping anyone. This place used to be bad but now it's an absolute joke.

What a disappointment this store is. Womens clothing, if you want something black it's fine but everything is limited the underwear is ordinary nothing really grabs you. However if you want kitchenwear its ok

I try to call the number given over and over and noone answers the call, . It is disappointing😞...
I made an order for click and collect for my Grandson's bday and nothing I ordered was in store even though it said availability in store, so I have to wait for it to be found elsewhere and delivered so I can get it, so my Grandson didn't get a bday present on the day of his birthday.

I've bought some shoes and i used it one time, the shoes was hurting my left foot so i went to return them and they told me is not possible, i don't know the return policy but I got really disappointed to waste my money like that. Shoes in brand new condition. Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. Asked for gift docket and the lady at the desk (Dianne)had no clue what that is and Dianne started rolling her eyes at me. She needs more training on customer service.

OK variety however they do not stock Kmarts full range of products. Not sure why they didn’t occupy the space next door which is currently being used as vaccine hub.
