Confirmation page on your app is the most confusing thing you will ever find when making reservations. Mixed information. One line says one thing other line says a totally different thing!

Initial review: KKday is using misleading commercial practices and is selling products pretending they are something else. We booked a service called “Round-trip pickup/drop-off Taoyuan International airport ↔️ Taipei” and now they tell us that we picked a one way option. As it turns out, we went through all the options available when you book with a fine-tooth comb and you can never get a round trip based on their logic.

Update: KKday acknowledge that the product title was problematic and proceeded to change it to reflect its one way. It’s a satisfactory outcome for future customers. I am hence revising my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.
They don’t deserve even 1 star. I don’t know why they seel tickets on their website when it is not available!!! People travel and plan their travel. This company ruined my trip to New Zealand. And they just email you and apologise and do not help you at all.
