I went to Kitchen Warehouse Preston intending to buy an Instant Pot. While the product itself is great, the service was absolutely terrible.

I stood in front of the shelf for more than 10 minutes and not a single staff member came to offer help. When I asked for assistance, multiple employees brushed me off, saying they were busy. I had no choice but to take the product off the shelf myself to check the size — and then someone finally approached me, only to look at me like I was trying to steal something. I explained I was just checking the dimensions, but the staff member walked away without offering any help.

Eventually, I did get someone to talk to me. I asked about the price, and she gave me one amount — but when I went to the register, the price was completely different. No explanation, no apology.

This was such a disappointing experience. I will never shop here again. Terrible service despite quality products.

This shop is fantastic for all your kitchen needs. I found them originally online but wanted to pop in store to make sure they were a legitimate business and it’s safe to say, I was really impressed! The store has a very neat, clean and organised layout, by category and brand. The centre of the store also has a demonstrator kitchen as well as the general sales area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is also really easy out the front in a very large carpark. I found this store has really competitive prices too compared to a lot of other chains in the same field of business.

Andy from Kitchen Warehouse Preston was awesome! Super helpful, informative and took care of us when buying items for our home. We happily walked away with the Wolstead Stand Mixer, stainless steel pan and drinking glasses.

I've died and gone to kitchen gadget heaven! This store is 'THE' toy store for anyone who loves to bling out their kitchen and lay a table for friends and family. You can come here and find so many things that will encourage you to cook.

They have a huge selection of products, great discounts, friendly staff, and even demonstrations on cooking.

If you have a friend who wants to or is already into cooking, take them here! Or... Simply go there yourself.

They sell bins. They don't tell you that these bins require special proprietary bags. They cost you 30 minutes of your life to simply order some bags. They send the wrong bags. They then tell you that they don't stock the right bags.
The staff member I dealt with could not possibly have cared any less about the problem and acted as if I were somehow the problem.
Never again!
Do NOT buy from this company, especially from this most unhelpful of stores.
