Keith is the man.

I recently visited King of the Pack in Rouse Hill and had the pleasure of being served by Keith.

As a beginner in the world of cigars, I was curious and decided to enquire about it. Keith's expertise and passion for cigars was obvious as he patiently guided me through their extensive range.

Keith went above and beyond, providing recommendations and sharing his knowledge on proper storage.

Despite this business insisting on cash, the outstanding quality of service by Keith overshadowed this inconvenience.

As for prices, as someone with no knowledge on cigars I can’t say whether they’re cheap or expensive.

What I did see was an impressive selection of cigars and exceptional service.

Highly recommend visiting and speaking with Keith for both beginners and seasoned aficionados.

Worst customer service, if you see a guy with the slicked back hair, just walk away. They close 10 minutes before their actual closing time just "cause they want to". Gives me a hard time anytime I come shop here - if you want to waste your time and have the lowest customer service - this is the spot. Drive the extra bit and go elsewhere.

Awesome experience at the store! Big shoutout to Ash, the tall white guy who’s always smilin…. He made finding gift easy for my husband ,hooked me up with a great deal, and had me leaving with a smile too. Definitely coming back when he's around…

Absolutely awful customer service, use some common sense when serving and applying your rules and regulations. Customers aren’t dumb, don’t try to up the price to $45 for something that is $20. Way to ruin a nice Sunday shopping session with my family. Good job loosing business.

The worst customer service experience, I was treated like a servant by 2 ladies one who was short and another on sitting down on a chair with shorter hair. Didn't accept card but happily accepted another customer's. Asked for my id but the page I showed them didn't have my year of birth, yet they accepted, I didnt get the point of asking.Seemed more interested in their own conversation please avoid this place and they're charging extra. WORST WORST WORST
