Kim helped us organise a trip to Vanuatu. We stayed at Tamanu on the Beach lovely spot, food was amazing the people were so helpful and friendly. It’s a bit remote but they do have a daily shuttle to Port Vila daily except Sunday. Highlight of our trip was the Blue Lagoon. The only negative was the beach. We chose Tamanu as it has its own private beach. But due to the relentless winds and the coral we couldn’t use it like an Aussie beach. Kim was amazing. Very helpful and patient when we were deciding on where to stay and when to go. Any issues that arise with flight changes etc she just sorted it out for us. We will definitely use Kim for our next trip away. Having the app with all our docs and itinerary was so helpful. Also being able to contact her easily thru the app too.

Kim was incredible through the whole process. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She solved so many last minute dramas (caused by changes within the group of us booking). Somehow she worked complete magic and pulled our trip together despite all the crazy personal circumstances we threw at her. We even changed a booking overseas and she handled it so well!
