Great selection of toys and very welcoming and friendly staff.

Tucked away in a corner in the South Eastern end of the complex this is a great little shop often overlooked by shoppers of westfield. They not only stock many of the more popular main stream toys but their stock of learning, wooden and plush toys is exceptionally good. There prices are often slightly higher than large retail stores but their customer service and variety of toys more than makes up for this. Its a great shop for those looking for those last minute kids gifts on any budget.

As a side note they make up for David Jones lack of toy stock and their prices compared to them are much much cheaper.

Very off-hand staff to the point of being rude. Customer service training suggested. I expect a friendly greeting and service attitude. Well stocked store but they need to remember that I am the one with the money in my wallet and seriously, returning to that store would be my last resort for a purchase. Price wise, extremely expensive. My purchase was between 15% to 40% cheaper elsewhere (as I later discovered) and as a return of product was 'not possible', I was left with an unpleasant shopping experience there.

Helpful staff, not pushy. Wide variety of toys on offer. This toy shop is a delight to shop in because it's clean and organised and there is no junky toys just good quality toys. Prices are reasonable and your sure to find what your looking for here as there is plenty of inspiration for what to buy the kids for Christmas or birthdays. My preschooler is fond of transformers atm so he was over the moon when he spotted bolder, the green rescue bot he hasn't yet got. This rescue bot transformer is best for little hands and is easy for them to manipulate the parts to transform it from a digger to a robot. Was only $24. He played that quietly while I enjoyed a coffee after we bought this. He plays with it every day since, so today I went back to buy another colour to surprise him on Christmas day.

Online order placed 15th of September. Today is the 26th and it hasn't even been picked and packed yet. Postage charges are exorbitant...especially when the wait is this long.

Update on 27th Sept: in response to Kidstuff's reply below - it certainly was not made obvious that postage would take this long on your website. Having said that, tomorrow (28th) makes 10 working days since I placed the order, and unless you are planning on picking it and delivering it all in one day, I guess you have not honoured your own postage promise. I still call that a fail on your company's behalf and stand by my one star rating.
