We have been regular patrons for many years. We have always enjoyed our meals.
Tonight:
bhaji over cooked to the point of being nearly burnt;
samosa still semi frozen;
main course never arrived after waiting one hour:
asked to speak to the owner he never came out we had to get him from the kitchen. Only four tables had patrons. WE WILL NEVER RETURN.
Oh, and one last thing. Not even an apology just arrogantly telling us how busy the kitchen was. Treated terribly as regular patrons.

An excellent meal with good service. Proper table cloths and serviettes.The Samosas entree was excellent. The Lamb Shank Masala was sensational, as was the Sea Food Goa Curry. Decent sized servings so we left feeling very very full!

I recently visited Khana khazana and was really disappointed with the way my order was handled. The kitchen staff seemed to be discussing my order in a negative or unprofessional manner, which was really off-putting. It made me feel uncomfortable and like my order wasn’t being taken seriously. It’s important for a restaurant to provide a positive atmosphere for customers, but sadly, this experience was far from that.

Absolutely one of my favourite Indian restaurants in Adelaide. The naan is light and fresh. Even the papadam’s are always so fresh and crispy. I’ve not once had a half stale one that other places sometimes serve. The dishes are always great and I love the chicken biryani - lots of flavour and good heat if asked to be hot. Reasonably priced menu and the staff have always been great and friendly.

Best indian food you will ever have for sure. My first time visiting Khana Khazana with my friends, my indian room mate took me to this indian food heaven. you will fall in love with the soft cushy naan bread and the kadai panner and chicken masala is to die for. tbh i was little skeptical about indian food as i've heard how spicy it is. But the chef has customized whole menu for us foreign ignorant aussies. Staff was super duper nice, ambience and service was good too. Overall a well spent weekend. If you are looking for best indian food in adelaide, trust me khana khazana tops the list. Will be coming back soon...

Sad to see a previously good family restaurant tank the way Khana has. Every time I get takeaway they stuff something up. Apparently this is what a parantha is supposed to look like. When I went in to complain I was unlucky enough to have the owner there, who shouted at me (a lot) and basically said there was no problem. At one point it seemed like he wanted to punch on about it! Extremely unprofessional, in front the the whole restaurant (and staff). Managed to get him to agree to a small ($20) refund, which he said he's pay directly into my account. He didn't. I went back a week later and collected it in cash. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from there again!

Worst service we ever received !! If you want to make the most of your money please don't go to this place. We had our dinner party with my friends (approx 35people), and it was ruined intentionally by the owner. . His behaviour towards us is tremendously aggressive and unprofessional. We instructed for the banquet service, but it was nothing like what standard service anyone would expect.
I strained myself as I was overwhelmed with the low standards. No paper serviettes were provided,they didn't even have proper food applicances. I have to leave the party to get the soft drinks as they couldn't provide it. Hot tea was served in hot steel jug with no lid jug .... Due to unprofessionalism, we have to finish the party before time and very disappointed.
I would never recommend anyone to dine in.
Last but not least , the owner served us with dessert and took away not even within half an hour as he said it's closing time !!!
Whatever i have written in my review is verifiable in the cameras ...

I just moved from Melbourne to Adelaide and went to try Indian food here, best Indian food I’ve eaten it was amazing, customer service was great. Highly recommend. Really good experience. Thanks so much.
