Send an enquiry regarding organising a trip for my father (flying in from Germany) on the 11/07/2024 to which I received a response that evening which was absolutely amazing. I was then asked to partake in a phone call, to discuss details, which took place on the 15/07/2024. The phone call was great and had me really excited. I was told I would receive options for a two day personalised tour at the end of the week. Skip ahead to the 26/08/2024 whereby I send an email, following up our phone call as I had never received said options. I was told I would receive options at the end of that week. Spoiler alert: also did not happen. Send one more email on Monday the 09/09/2024 and never heard back. I was extremely excited about this opportunity, however am left feeling extremely disappointed. After being told repeatedly I would be presented with options and this never being followed through.
