I visited on 11 march Tuesday whole team was great and service was extra ordinary. It makes me
feel like well managed place and the product is excellent.

I was having a terrible day when suddenly i was craving KFC. Although not expecting much, I was surprised by the levels of hospitality by the staff. They were well trained and very passionate especially Alessio, who very adamantly suggested some great food items! I believe that this kind of passion deserves high praise and attention. He seems very nice and outgoing, would love to be his friend 10/10.

I ordered six hot and crispy. I was okay with waiting. I understand sometimes it takes time when you’re busy but I received my wings and then I left. I opened it and the chicken looked weird. Like pinkish. I went back this really nice lady I took a look at it and she said it was fine, but I still don’t think you can eat That

Customer service team is usually talking amongst themselves even yelling at each other at times, makes getting served uncomfortable, Although they have been ok at the level of service even though they are having personal conversations between them, Chicken is always more greasy then other KFC liked oil logged, Chips are usually cool, The last time we were here my friend ordered a 3 piece feed and the drum sticks were the size of his thumb, he could put all 3 of them in his mouth together and still had room for more they were so small, I get some times this chicken is smaller but You really shouldn't be charging full price or add a coupleof extra peices. It's not the first time we have paid for chicken only to be given tiny pieces, We will no longer eat here.

Terrible customer service. The shift manager on 07/02/25 at 2:30 PM was even worse. Never returning to KFC. They no longer accept email complaints, only phone calls—avoiding paper trail, which is bad business. Hence, I'm sharing my experience online.

Terrible manager whoever it was at 4pm on 31/12.
I ordered a Zinger at 11am to take home and eat and got a raw piece of chicken.

Went there at 4pm to return it and politely asked to get my money back. Manager did NOT apologise or anything. She was absolutely rude and incompetent of customer service. I was not at all once rude to her. I was actually calm and normal but she actually made my mood turn from good to bad. Never again. And only partially refunded me.

Putrid store, very rude and slow and the food is cold and looks like a 2 year old packed it. Managers can't do their job properly and the team treats eachother poorly, DON'T COME HERE

Had the mixed feast. Chicken was ok. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say the chicken would have been much hotter and much more crispier if we had eaten there, however the chips were borderline raw. Like there was no crunch at all and they were all pale yellow (eat there or not….. it definitely did not make a difference as far as those chips were concerned). Like it looked like they were fried for like 30 seconds. Customer service was ok, wasn’t too bad.
