Great stop for a quick, tasty meal!

Stopped by KFC Marulan while on a road trip and was really impressed! The staff were friendly and efficient, even during the busy lunch rush. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you’d hope for from KFC - crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned chips, and quick service. The store was clean, and there was plenty of seating available. A perfect pit stop just off the highway. I will definitely be back next time I’m passing through!

Is this the worst kfc in Australia? We stopped in on Sunday the 14th for quick bite on the way home from the snow. The place look deserted and going through the drive through we understand why. They were basically out of everything at 6pm.
Any way good reason not to eat the crap food and make the kids wait.
Won’t be back, what a dump

Went to the bathrooms first (male) the urinals are like 5 and a half foot tall and the sink is 3 foot tall. Food was cold and barely gave anything in each box. Was waiting for food when there was barely anything ordered for around 15 minutes. But the environment was clean except the tables

I would vote 0 stars if I could! Disappointing service this afternoon at KFC Marulan. Got to the self serve order machines and there were no burgers available to order, only chicken items and chips.

I don't know what was taking staff so long to make the orders as they were only serving chicken and chips! There were about 8 orders that needed to be made and 1 order came out every 5 minutes. The staff seemed disorganised and slow, with no sense of urgency. Finally after over 30 minutes our order finally came out. It was missing my drink, my sauce and my popcorn chicken. I was so disappointed with this service. I was about to drive off without my order at the point of around 30 minutes of waiting. Such a waste of time. I will not be coming back again next time I drive by

Zero stars. This place is filthy.

Waited 30 mins for food that was cold, orders were coming out in no order, people who had been waiting longer than us just walked out.

Went to change my daughter’s nappy in the disabled toilet but the change table was on the other side of a giant puddle of pee on the floor.

Bins overflowing, tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped since 1985.

Hoping we can avoid food poisoning.

Avoid at all costs!!!

I have honestly never been to a fast food place that was out of stock of many menu items, no zinger of any option, no wings, limited wraps. Not even bottled water or Pepsi Max. I also waited near 30 mins for my order for two people. There was only fifteen customers in store. I don't know what was going on but it was an embarrassment for the brand.

Managed to score nasty food poisoning from this place just from a zinger burger.

Not surprised though - the whole joint was filthy and numerous times I saw the young workers not obeying basic food handling requirements.

In one case, a bin bag was observed to be changed and immediately after the worker was back to preparing orders behind the counter without washing hands.

A pair of tongs were dropped but didn’t appear to be washed or replaced.

Will be reporting this place.
