The food is often wrong. Worse though, when you order delivery, the courier is at the restaurant for 20 minutes plus waiting for the order. It’s ridiculous. Have even called before and been lied to by the staff. Seriously, needs a new crew working there, the service is abysmal and the owner needs to do something about it.

Fast food? Ha! Good one. Ordered at 1:03pm. Got our food at 1:29pm. Currently 10 people waiting for orders. What a disaster.
Team were so focused on Drive thru that they forgot about the customers inside.

This KFC was poorly managed and unhygienic. There was food scattered on the floor, bins marked as 'not working' with piles of rubbish accumulating around them. After waiting 15 minutes for our order, we were informed that the drinks we had ordered and paid for via the machine were unavailable. Instead, we were forced to accept a cheaper apple juice without any option for a refund. Additionally, no napkins or spoons were included with our order.

It was only after another customer complained about the state of the restaurant that any action was taken to clean up. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service, possibly because they assume most customers are one-time visitors from Jamberoo and won't return. The focus appeared entirely on drive-through customers, leaving the dine-in experience severely lacking.

This is one store that continually let's itself down with poor untrained service staff that tend to ignore your presence when under pressure. Store is generally a mess with overflowing garbage bins and unclearned tables in the dine in area. Drinks fridge is always empty retrieving items 1 can at a time from the coolroom as required.
Can't help feeling that having their backs turned away from you...allows them to pretend you don't exist as a customer..... poor show KFC!

KFC Albion park was really good, food was great place was nice and clean the costumer service was really good, seemed like they were pushing for both front and drive thru which is good to see. Very happy with my kfc experience and will be returning.

Waited for 58 minute and they still had our order wrong. Total wait time 66 minutes for 2 burgers and 4 pieces of hot and crispy chicken. The pieces of hot and crispy are almost the size of 4 pieces of chicken pops. Wow. 🐔 👎👎👎

Service was terrible, waited 10 mins to be served with no one in front of us. Staff kept looking at us an turning a walking off, when served didn’t even have the food we wanted. Disappointing, staff need to be trained in service not prancing around joking with each other

I am a daily customer. Not only the service is poor and slow but the toilets are in the worst condition ever. I have been noticing that they haven’t cleaned them from few days and accessories like soap is not available.
