SCAM – Do NOT Use This Fake Malaysia Visa Service

KeyMalaysia is a complete scam. They are NOT an official visa service but a fraudulent third-party website that misleads applicants. DO NOT enter any of your details on their site, as it will interfere with your ability to apply through Malaysia’s official immigration website—whether you’ve paid them or not.

If you make the mistake of using their site, they will not remove your details, making it impossible for you to proceed with an official application. Their live chat support is not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. The only way to fix this mess is by contacting the Malaysian embassy or immigration department directly to have your application reset.

Additionally, their so-called “urgent” and “regular” processing fees are fake. The official visa website already provides clear processing times without any such extra charges. Their website might look legitimate, but it is 100% a scam. Stay away and always apply through the official Malaysian immigration website.

It was a really good experience applying for Malaysia evisa with Key Malaysia. The customer service is really kind, patient and friendly and available most time. They always answered my questions to the best of their abilities and were never rude towards me. Adrian was particularly efficient in communicating and serving as intermediate between me the client and the processing team. I applied for my family a total of 4 applications and all of them were successful. Thanks to Key Malaysia their services is worth the price.

they collected RM 1103 in the name of Malaysia Multi Entry VISA but just generated MDAC Malaysian Digital Arrival Card which is free for Indian. Even MDAC generated by them rejected by immigration officials, as date of departure was incorrect. They are frauds... beware of them,they are are not immigration officials, they mislead traveller believe as Govt agency, inspite of repeated attempts they did not refund RM 1103 collected for their failed SERVICES. If they are genuine company they will REFUND MONEY COLLECTED IN THE NAME OF MULTI ENTRY MALAYSIA VISA BUT GENERATED ONLY MDAC WHICH IS FREE FOR INDIANS. The Adrian, or any other online executive is a fake person giving fake advises... beware of them, look at photo attached, they have named email as DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA EVISA.... just to imitate Government Communications, I have attached proof of their communication and money collected by them to their PayPal account MEETWEEKEND!!! ... refer them carefully.... Application status... shows as EVISA approved, this is again a fraudulent message, coz, for generating MDAC of Malaysia, no such approval needed... MDAC is a simple intimation generated 3 days in advance of entry into Malaysia..

These people and wicked and heartless liars! If you don't want to be marked for perpetual rejection by the immigration department better stay far away from Key Malaysia!
I had an upload problem while completing my visa application on the government website and while looking for answers on the web this people popped up and the first "HELP" they gave to me was to ask me to go cancel my application from the government website THAT I WAS FOLLOWING THE WRONG WAY and gave me a link to use. Long story short I paid like 4x what the official fee was and was told to have patience every day for 3weeks before they broke the news to me that my application was rejected! Every of the three applications I made after that via the official government website was rejected as if I had been associated with the devil!

Terrible service and support. I paid for a regular delivery service that should take 2-5 days. Was notified my documents need amendment so I did. Waited for a week now with no response so I ended up checking the website again. Found out theres another document I need to ammend again tho theres no guidance on why. So I did. Website wouldnt allow upload so I did with customer support. Anxious since i only have 15 days before my trip I asked when can it be done. They told me its their sunday so its their weekend (?).2 days passed again and I asked support. Instead of giving me the answer of when I can expect delivery, the support tell me my visa is in progress instead. At this point its just back and forth till I asked wtf is in progress means. And the support tell me to behave myself And that they’ve already said it was end of today. I just didnt read their message when I did but there wasnt any place they mentioned that. So okay, I wait till the next day. Still status is in progress. Asked the support again on expected approval date (now its 7 days from the trip. Mind u i applied 20 days before) , still gave me the same support guy and this time he gave me a screenshot that says my status is in progress when Im clearly asking for expected delivery date. If this site wouldnt work, i have to find alternative because this is a business trip that i 100% cant delay or miss. So i needed to know they can deliver on time. As of right now, status is still in progress. Things wouldve been faster had they email me the second time they needed me to ammend my documents instead of waiting for me to find out myself. I feel very sorry for whoever tries apply for a visa with these people. They are notorious.
You may be blacklisted permanently with Malaysian authorities if your application comes from them.

A fraud and theft of my money and time by this company. I specifically asked Adrian if he can assist with Refrence Based Visa, which he said he can if i apply through his website. Later, when i applied and paid the fees, he refused to accept that he agreed to assist with reference based visa, I asked him to retrive the chat we had and see it, but he said he doesn't want to. He refused to refund me the fees too.
