Bus driver driving 144 at 10:20 past spit bline is terrible stopped on side of road because someone smelt like cigarettes, someone may have been smoking before and so he was judging them off their past smoking and held up the whole bus

I had left my wallet on one of the buses and had an AirTag in my wallet so I could see if it was there. The guy I spoke to was so rude and had a bit of a power complex. He asked for my reference number and I said I don't have one but I know it's here as I have an AirTag. I offered to give him my phone so he could find it quicker but he refused. He kept saying this is not my job. He eventually came out with it saying I was being rude? I didn't even open my mouth

Phone is disconnected what sort of service is this? Privately owned businesses doing whatever they want! At least take it down from the web site!

Kelois downer has ruined Sydney busses.
I catch 165X to the city and rely on 166 to get home from the gym (late at night). It’s not ok to have busses on the scheduel that don’t actually show up! I’m often standing for up to 30 mins in the dark late at night with no reliability of my bus lines. This is unsafe for young girls and also children. Let alone putting the whole of Sydney behind on there days. Please fix this. Enough ghost busses!!

Keolis Downer is so unreliable!!
Stop cancelling 160x (Chatswood to Northern Beaches express) buses at peak hour, we often end up with 40-50 people lining up only to find out they can’t get on the bus as it’s too full
CDC was running 280 (non-express route), which was a bit more reliable- only found out today that Keolis Downer will be running it as well from 31/3/24 🤦‍♀️

Absolutely garbage bus "service". I feel like I'm in a third world country. The services have been cut to next to nothing. The drivers are arrogant and basically abusive. I'd rather walk and that means a 2-3 hour walk. This is a classic example of horrible mismanagement at the hand of a government monopoly.

Under KD the 165X is running less frequently meaning busier busses, and are cancelled more often for packed and uncomfortable rides. Also noticing more late busses whilst some don’t show at all. How does the government entrust you with delivering sydneysiders safely?

Never on time. Never sticks to schedule. Constant driver shortage. Drivers speed, miss stops or do not stop at all.
