Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed a DJ with only 3 months to go till my 50th party so was recommended to kent event packages. Jay answered the phone very efficiently ,friendly, and polite .I told him how many hours and what type DJ I needed. Best 30th Birthday Party Ever!
Thank you to the amazing Jason for not only DJ’ing but also arranging for the decorations and balloons which looked unreal. Can not thank Jason enough for all his efforts and ensuring everyone was having a great time! Wouldn’t use anyone else and will most definitely be using your services for my next party!!! Spoke to Jay in regards to a party that I am organising. After finalising what I was looking for I requested a breakdown of costs as various people were contributing to different parts of the events ie I was contributing to decor and another to the bar). When requesting a breakdown again I quickly received a rude message accusing me that the reason I'm looking for a breakdown of costs is so I can compare companies "to save a couple of quid"

I then brought to your attention my message that was sent previously about different people contributing to different parts of the event hence the need of a breakdown of costs. (The final cost was £800 - £1200 so I needed to know how to divide that amongst the people paying.)

I didn't receive an apology for the rudeness the closest I had was "I'm sorry you feel that way." There was nothing to acknowledge the rudeness of your message other than you've never had a complaint before and it was just a "hiccup"

Doesn't matter if it was the 1st or 100th time fact is you were rude to me and took no accountability. It's very disheartening as based on your previous reviews I was hoping for a better customer experience.
