I recently visited Kellyville Pets to buy pigeon food, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of caring for my pigeons . They took the time to explain how to set up , feed schedules, and have overall care tips.
Has the best customer service of anywhere I've ever seen. Always so kind and welcoming, writes the sweetest little messages to your pets, communication is so quick and easy, they have a huge range of products and an awesome in-person store.
The store itself is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for your pet, from food and bedding to toys and accessories. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about animals and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Kellyville Pets to anyone looking for a pet or pet supplies. The excellent customer service and range of products make it a one-stop shop for all pet needs.

Always great service! I adopted my pup from Kellyville Pets 2+ years ago and have the most amazing pup. The adoption process was seamless & easy. I have Christmas photos taken each year as well & that is always flawless.

seems like the company supports puppy farming these days, it's abnormal with how many puppies are in the place. Their bearded dragons are in bad health with missing toes, feet and half their tails, snakes are severely overpriced compared to other decent breeders,

I would suggest finding yourself a decent reptile breeder if you want a quality animal, same as birds, fish and dogs.. everything is a complete rip off and most information on care is a complete joke. Shop around people !!

This place is convenient for all our needs. It has nice decor and they’re helpful and friendly. We enjoy shopping here and so does our dog, he loves walking through the aisles and looking at everything. They offer puppy training classes, have puppies available for sale, along with cat adoptions. The store is spacious and exudes a pleasant atmosphere. They even provide outdoor dog shower facilities. In addition, there’s a vet right next door. Everyone here recognizes Gary, the gorilla at the entrance! And don’t miss the life-sized outdoor dinosaurs display!

We had an amazing experience at Kellyville Pet Store today, thanks to Kaia's exceptional service. She took the time to listen to our needs for a new cat tree for our Ragdoll cat and provided thoughtful, personalised advice on the pros and cons of each option. Want to especially give Cooper a shoutout for helping with my most recent purchase. I had a mixup with the address and they were almost immediate in fixing everything on their end, and then again in communicating with Auspost and getting it fixed there too. I've never written a review before lol but I've always had such a markedly good experience with Kellyville pets and this cemented it😁

It’s a slick operation, staff are friendly. However after booking an appointment with an e-mail confirmation to buy two mice at $29 each, and an hour drive later with an excited 9 year old, we were told that the two remaining mice would be taken by the couple ahead of us. They did attempt to sell me the cage etc…. Sub optimal experience hence the low rating. I googled mice for sale whilst in the shop and found a small quiet local pet-shop in Rooty Hill who had over 40 mice to choose from at $5 each, cages and food were reasonably priced and the couple who ran it were the owners and super friendly. Big shout out to Central Pets and Aquariums.

It is an amazing place not just for adults but especially children & little ones, the vast array of dogs, cats, birds of all sorts, not to mention fish beautiful of many varieties. Staff are always friendly & willing to help with any questions u might have to. A great place is worth the visit.
