Yes we have been quite a lot lately and brought some ski jackets 🧥 and pants and red zip up front jumpers and red jumpers and green jumper and blue jumper and I was going to buy a blue water 💦 proof jacket for walking but I will have to go to Wollongoong and pick it up tomorrow ! And black pants but they should make them in different colours red blue orange 🍊 purple green yellow indigo but black only? Come on Kathmandu people designing team and technology You can pop ask for advice about the clothing And guess where it is from ? From the same place Kathmandu comes from?Aotearoa Novell Zealand or the land of the long white cloud New Zealand 🇳🇿 All made of recycled plastic so great profits 💰 for Kathmandu company? In New Zealand they had leaky homes 🏠 but in Australia we have leaky pants 🩲 and Jackets 🧥

Absolutely fantastic service. Nicky, Harry and the team are clearly passionate about the products and also knowledgeable. Nicky helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. It’s my first experience of hiking shoes and she really helped educate me on what each shoe is good for and worked with me to find a great match. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or novice like myself, the team at this store are exceptional. Thanks so much again guys! Today/August 26, I walked in to the store with a Acota jacket (bought in Sydney on Aug 15) with a faulty zipper, the lady at the counter tried the zipper and said, “not even once it got stuck when I operated the zipper”. I saw her trying out the zipper and the first few times it was indeed hard and there after it was definitely better. I am not sure if that trying out fixed the problem as I did the same a few times before I actually went into the store. The zipper gets stuck very often. Anyway, the point is that the way the staff handle the customer. I didn’t know what more to add when she said, “not even once the zipper got stuck when I operated and so what is the problem”. I told her that I am a Member and I am here to get a replacement of the jacket as I am not happy with the zipper, jacket was bought only 10 days back. May be this is just one of issue with this store, but Kathmandu should educate their staff on customer service. They are not here to judge or police people.

Stock sale and I needed a new pair of walking shoes. Pick up a pair for a comparitively good price.
Of note was the service. The gentleman who served me was both friendly and helpful.
My wife paid as I had left my wallet at home and she came back with an extra $20 voucher to go towards our next purchase! Bargain.
The shop hold a good range of Kathmandu merchandise, well presented, and easily locatable opposite JB Hifi.
