First Class Travel Agent - Karen helped us research, plan then book our Family holiday. We were a bit nervous at first as we were planning to travel with 2 very young Children in Thailand. Karen was always available and gave us some great reccomendations for our holiday. She made sure we got all the best deals. Karen then further coordinated with the hotel and transfer staff to make sure all our requests were met. She was even checking in to make sure everything went to plan during the holiday. I had a wonderful time booking through Karen. The entire booking process from quote to payment to travel is not only easy but it had that personal touch to it, whether it be checking you in for your flight prior to you arrival at the airport or just messaging you when you've landed in your destination to make sure everything has gone smoothly.
