Bus left station .more than 10 minutes earlier
Luckily I was looking out and alerted another young lady waiting in the station who wasn't awsre it had arrived. This was when there was track closure a few weeks ago. I hope no-one was left stranded. Rail staff should have been on hand too or made announcements. Female driver was nice though.

Indicators must be broken on some of these buses. Professional drivers are safe drivers. Flipping people off is very unprofessional and represents U guys poorly. Old man Webster wouldn't be happy.

Witnessed Bus driver of KBL37 on 25 June 2025 at 0909 ish hit a car driver's mirror and smash it and he kept going. Right outside QSAC.

Gave car driver my details and contacted him recently. He said Kangaroo have ignored his 2 emails and not contacted him despite him having called a Manager "Steve" within 30 minutes of the accident.

We rode on kangaroo to a race day once and the aircon was shocking. The driver smelt too. Probably not his fault probably the aluminium and other heavy metals plus the mRNA in the Covid Shots. Hopefully this company didn't force their drivers to take the death shot.

We have just returned from a trip to the Big Red Bash with KBL. This is our second trip (Birdsville Races last year). This time we travelled 4850km home to home without leaving southern Queensland in a week.
The 3 drivers were excellent not only getting us there safely (with sometimes trying circumstaces) but catering to most people's idiosyncrasies. We were kept up to date on the variation of the route & activiries due to weather conditions and felt safe in their capable hands.

Just got back from Kangaroo Bus Lines tour to Birdsville. I can without hesitation recommend their services.

The experience was one of the best I have ever had travelling in Australia (I am Australian). The hospitality and value for money from the tour was 10/10.

Currently sitting in a cafe in Brisbane wishing I could be back at Birdsville with all the great staff and guests.

This is a holiday/ experience I will never forget.

Comfy seats and good driver i love jim he's amazing top bloke but holy moly me and my mates are dying this aircon is doing absolutely nothing at all it's so hot i'd rather go sit in the australian out back right now it's that steamy in here
