I really wanted to like this company (affiliated with Princess Cruises) but they failed miserably. What was supposed to be a 4 hour guided tour was instead just driving around the CBD 4 times without any commentary and dropped off at a beach to say “have a good time”. No value provided other than a waste of 4 hours.

Update: We did in fact receive a partial refund and this was in fact the tour we were on - a narrated experience - but we remain disappointed in how this was handled. They COULD have replaced the bus with a working system (since commentary is essentially what you are paying for), they could have brought another person on board to provide commentary while the driver was driving, there were many things that could have been done that we treated as “oh well!”, the driver could have pointed us to points of interest when we got off the bus to go to the beach or other stops. Instead, we lost our limited time in port and missed seeing this pretty city. A partial refund is pretty lame. If this happens in the future, this should be handled this very differently.

I know this may sound rather petty but given that there were opportunities to fix when the issue came up, we remain disappointed in the company.

Princess stepped up with a full refund. The fact that you decided to issue only a partial and stick Princess with the rest is pretty sad.

Seriously where did your drivers get there license , they act like they own the road around Gleason college . Was just nearly in an accident because your driver felt he didn’t need to give way at a round about .

My company booked Kanga to support a three day employee conference in Adelaide. Jodie was exceptional to work with in organising our quotes and booking in our journeys and very responsive to our queries or adjustments throughout the trip. Each of the drivers arranged by Kanga for us were also superstars - getting us to our destinations safely and even managing to throw in some very good laughs, local area knowledge and happy memories along the way. We could not recommend the company more highly based on our experience. Thank you!

I have been using Kanga for over 8 years now for three different entities all to transport children to various camps, excursions and events-can’t fault them in any aspect! They are affordable, drivers are highly engaged and drive with care and consideration and both their administration and operations staff are always supportive and professional-Julian also ensures his fleet is always highly maintained and as new as possible

Charter bus for a wedding was 50 minutes late resulting in 17 guests missing the ceremony.
Tried calling the operator who (at the 20 minute late point) claimed the bus was “10-12 minutes away” but the bus arrived at the +50’ mark with the driver claiming he had “car trouble” before he’d even gotten to work (meaning the company would have known with enough time to arrange another driver if true).
Another guest ended up impressing the disappointment and at least got in writing commitment to a full refund to the client it still, appalling service today.

We spent 10 days on Sophie's tour aboard Kanga couches. We had Steve Teague as our driver. He certainly looked after the coach, and it was clean and tidy each morning. After a couple of days we all realised how good it was being with Steve. We all enjoyed his company and his knowledge of our surroundings. Steve did not talk just for the sake of talking. It was an absolute pleasure being with Steve.

When you hire peanuts to drive heavy vehicles they should know the road rules. From here on every kanga bus I will be sure to delay them as hard as I can. When the bus is in a zipper lane and a vehicle is past the front of the bus you slow down and merge behind. I have dashcam too and shows the front of my car infront of your driver barging out of zip lane.
