Highly recommend this place for accommodation while staying in Cowes on Philip island. We have been there a few times now it’s our regular place we stay now. Close to Cowes with restaurants and pubs near by. The resort has comfortable rooms and beds. We love the facilities available with pool and spa. We are yet to try the restaurant on site next time we will give it ago for sure. We checked in after 9pm we were able to get to our room and resort are happy to take requests as well as we asked for room 20 they gave it to us no worries at all. All staff at the resort are super friendly and easy going. It’s also caravan park so if you have caravan you are able to take it park there too. They have bbq on site and they even have a playground for kids and you can get board games too. We had a room upstairs with balcony we were able to sit outside enjoy our morning coffee. The price of resort is reasonable not too costly.

We had an excellent stay at this resort with very welcoming staff.
Our room was outstanding and very clean and comfortable.
We also had dinner at the restaurant at the resort and the food was delicious and well cooked to our liking...
I would recommend this resort to anyone that wants a relaxing time on Phillip island..

Will definitely be staying here again. The stay was nothing short of amazing, our room was beyond spotless and clean and our bed was super comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The resort itself is located in the most perfect area and loved the beach access it provided. Sam at reception was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with while organizing our stay. AMAZING!

I had a great stay here! The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic—just a quick 5-minute walk to the Main Street, making it super convenient. Highly recommend!

Last weekend myself and 16 other ladies stayed at this resort for the first time. We all loved it. We were mainly occupying the beach cabins along the foreshore area and it was lovely. So close to walk to the beach and town, absolutely enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows but we could have all done with spare blankets in the cupboards as Friday night was very cold and a few of us couldn't sleep. Some spare blankets next time would be great. The cabins are spacious and have views of the beach through the trees. Well equipped and clean. Thanks so much for accommodating us and we hope to return next year.

Great place, nice and close to the beach and short walk to town. Rooms were nice and clean and staff were all very friendly. Would define recommend
The policy about booking the spa was a bit annoying, the kids not really understanding when they could or couldn’t go in. Also noisy AC Unit in room 12 as well as the broken grate in the driveway that made a loud noise every time someone drove over it.

Have to do a short drive to the bakery and restaurants. Nice place to stay. Pool and hot tub open at 930 am. Short walk to beach from this property. It was quiet as we were there in March 2025
