I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Kalina's Macedonian Restaurant, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish bursting with flavor and authenticity. The service was fantastic—the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that all my guests were well taken care of.

The atmosphere was incredible, with lively Macedonian music that truly made the evening unforgettable. It was the perfect setting to celebrate such a special milestone with family.

A big thank you to Kalina's Restaurant for making my birthday party so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food, top-notch service, and a vibrant atmosphere. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delicious food and very large portion sizes which suited my teenage sons enormously. Service was excellent and the waitress was very helpful in explaining the dishes to us. The owner was so friendly. The decor was lovely and there was a nice relaxed ambience. There was also a good selection of Balkan wines and beers. So wonderful to try a different type of cuisine. I highly recommend this place and we will be back.

What a find! I absolutely love this new Balkan / Macedonian restaurant - the food is authentic, fresh and served by friendly & attentive staff. Newly renovated, everything is fresh and new and it has a great atmosphere, inclusive of traditional music as well 🙂 They offer an extensive drinks & bar menu, & have a weekly cocktail special - this week’s was called a Macedonian Mule & it was so tasty (probably as it included gold rakija!). Overall, this new restaurant has a great menu on offer, including vegetarian options. Can’t say enough about how much we loved the food (amazing!!!) & can’t wait to return. Thank you Kalina’s for your great hospitality and wonderful evening out.

Was searching Sydney for Macedonian food and was lucky to choose Kalina’s Restaurant. We had a great time! The hospitality by the team was fantastic. The food was a meat extravaganza for us. We had group of old school mates so it was the perfect menu. The other selections were equally excellent -fried cheese and salads. Doubt there is any better Macedonian food around! Worth a trip to Georges Hall for this.

I have never experienced Balkan - Mediterranean food before and I can say I am blown away by the food and service at Kalina's Restaurant. Everything was spot on and I recommend the chicken thigh and the baklava. Andrej was an incredible host and we have a lovely dinner.

This place is incredible! You feel like you are in Europe. The menu samples beautiful traditional dishes that transport you to the Balkans.
I opted for fish of the day, a whole trout complemented by cabbage salad and potatoes.
My daughter ordered the veal with a delicious mushroom sauce and ofcourse their popular cabbage salad!
I highly recommend Kalina's. Great quality food and service in beautiful surroundings.

Not the guy to leave reviews. A good friend suggested we go here while on vacation. And all I can say is just wow. I've never eaten Balkan or Macedonian food before. It was incredible. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by Andre and Carlo. They took care of us like family and helped us order from the menu which was so unfamiliar to us. They also prepared the best drinks and cocktails at such a reasonable price for Sydney. They shared stories about the place and their families. We had an absolute world class experience at Kalinas. Definitely a must and we will be back next time we are in Sydney. Cheers to the wonderful staff at Kalinas

Whilst the food was wonderful, it was the service that really stood out. All of the staff were attentive and made sure we were had everything we needed without being overbearing.
The food itself was lovely and came out in reasonable time, special call out to the sizzling prawns and desserts!
