It's a great experience for all of us. This private tour is a lot more than doing your own trips to public view points. Bus tour takes you to the minefield and drives through the yard and their own private viewing point. It's really valuable .we enjoyed it and I would say it's the best part of our road trip to Kalgoorlie.

Friendly staff, did pit tour. Driver was sick and coughing , so we sat right up the back of the bus. He was apparently replacing another driver who was sick

Our driver-guide was very instructive and detailed, providing all answers and lots of interesting numbers about the mining business.
The tour itself was a disappointment, we were taken first to the public lookout point, then to a point on the opposite side of the pit.
End of 90’ tour.

This was a great tour of the Super Pit. Al was clearly an experienced miner with a lot of insight into mining operations. He also had a lovely dry sense of humour. The 1 1/2 hour tour was well worth it and allowed access to parts of the mine that you would otherwise not see. Thank you Al, you are a legend.

Loved this tour. Learnt ‘lodes’ about the history and current mine operations. Approximate 2.5hours flew by. Great guide, comfortable bus. Saw ‘heaps’. Worth doing if in Kalgoorlie.

We recently went on the Super Pit tour and was very disappointed. The audio system on the coach was terrible; I couldn’t hear anything, and it seems like this has been an ongoing issue they haven’t bothered to fix.

The tour itself was underwhelming. You don’t get close to any active machinery or interesting areas. They just drive you into the mine, loop around, and that’s it. Honestly, you’d get a better experience at Hannans North Tourist Mine.

For $70 per person, this tour is a rip-off. Definitely would not recommend it.

Super informative tour with a lively guide (Wes). You don't get to go down into the pit but otherwise it's access all areas. This is mining on an epic scale, everything is massive. Make sure that you follow the dress code and wear your PPE then enjoy but beware the puns!

Booked tour and after driving from Perth, paying for accomodation to stay overnight, the tour is cancelled 30 mins before it starts because it rained heavy on the preceding Wednesday causing damage to the mine road. Surely a phone call before I had left Perth would have saved me a wasted trip and 14 hours in the car. Still waiting on a reply to my email. Some basic customer service and courtesy would have been appreciated. Not good enough !!
