This was a great stop to buy tickets for the national parks (they have pay on entry machines as well).
Had a chat with the lovely ladies who worked here, they were able to give us advice on routes to walk and what times would be best to see certain places - very thankful for there advice!

Stopped by the Kalbarri Visitor Centre along Grey Street in the centre of Kalbarri and found this to be a good source of information for local tourism. They had maps, update on trail closures in the NP due to recent flooding. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgable. A fair amount of souvenirs, clothing and other related merchandise available as well.

Kalbarri lovely place but not very friendly towards people that are only stopping for 24 hours or those that just need a rest stop. A 24 hour stop would help- as the road campaign says “ DONT DRIVE TIRED” . We always spend a lot of money in to small business when this is offered.
Anyway we found a 24 rest stop just before the “ Welcome to Kalbarri “ sign. Ocean views and a beautiful sunset. A little close to the road but it’s fine for 1 sleep . Will review the Kalbarri attractions tomorrow

The tourist centre staff were very helpful also great souvenir shopping.
We both feel that Kalbarri in general is a great place to visit. Everywhere we bought something, food, tour, souvenir we felt we got good value; we never felt 'touched up' with prices!!
A Very Fair and Reasonable Town.. Thank you Kalbarri..
The Cray pot pulling boat tour would have to be the Best Value Tour I have ever taken!!!

Do not miss Kalbarri Sky Walk.
It's a must see , along with the various treks / walks ,the Views from either of the Skywalks are fantastic , might not be the grand canyon , but Certainly the " Grand Canyon ,down under" , just off the main Highway , a nice Cafe and Souvenir shop at site ?

Special thanks for the recommendation to watch the sunset from the Meanarra Hill Lookout. Spectacular views, almost 360 degrees, it's a beautiful spot to learn about Nanda Country and enjoy the peace ?

Very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. The staff at the Kalbarri Visitor Centre were a delight. If you know what you’re after then you’ll be in and out in no time.

The shop has some great souvenirs for those wanting some good Australian items to take home. There is so much to do in Kalbarri it’s great to have a chat with one of the staff here so you don’t miss out on anything.
