We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kalbarri escapes! The place was very well equipped with everything we needed to have a lovely holiday. We stayed for Christmas and they went above and beyond by making it all christmassy, which the kids loved! I could not fault our stay 🙂

I had a family emergency that required me to cancel my Airbnb booking with this company. When I called them, they assured me that if my dates were rebooked after cancellation, I would be refunded for the corresponding days. However, despite their listing showing full bookings for all the dates I had reserved (as the attached screenshot proves), they claimed only 4 out of the 8 days were rebooked and refunded me for just those 4 days.

This is completely untrue based on their Airbnb listing, which shows the entire period was rebooked. Their handling of this situation was dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with them.

Very good accommodation as they let us check in earlier than usual. Property very accommodating, clean, and very comfortable.
Representative very helpful and very nice people to communicate with. Give them a 5 ⭐️ for there really make a great jobs.
Thank you in advance even though this is our first night for five nights stay.
