Neat, comfortable room. A little small for 3 beds but perfect for one night. It was quiet and dark. The shower was good. There is a communal kitchen if you want to cook and there were free laundry facilities. Junee is an amazing little town with lots to see.

Very disappointed with this motel. Last week I had to cancel a booking the day before as my husband had a medical emergency. I called them as soon as a diagnosis given & unfit to travel, but they advised that due to motel policy I would still be charged. Motel was also going to check if charge could be waived & call me back. I still haven’t heard & was charged. Won’t be rebooking there when my husband is well enough to travel again.

I stayed here for two nights on a work trip, staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy and they’re in a great location.

Nice clean room with all basics tea coffee microwave fridge cutlery. Comfortable bed. Air con.
Nice bright rooms with access outdoors. Quiet setting. Room very clean and tidy.

Clean, quiet, convenient walk to pubs and restaurants, coffee across the road first thing in the morning. The outside of the rooms needs a coat of paint but inside rooms is good.

Charged for room even though I had cancelled booking.
I cancelled my room within 3 days of arrival date via my confirmation email. This email had 3 options at the bottom, I clicked NO LONGER INTERESTED.
The day after cancelled booking I received an phone call from a man I could hardly understand, he was I presume the manager of this establishment. I told him I had cancelled via conformation page.
He informed me that I had used the wrong way to cancel but he will try and work it out for me.
I heard nothing back until I looked at my credit card details and saw that they had taken out money.
I dont know how things work in their country but this is totally un-Australian.
If this was the wrong way to cancel then they shouldn't have the options on their confirmation email.
Extremely poor behavior, extremely poor way to run a business.
I will remove this bad review upon full refund.

Issue with rowdy guest so we didn't say, booked through Booking.com. The owner rang me and said he would refund us through Booking.com, they contact the owner who is not sending the required information to them. Booking.com customer support contacted me with details and encouraged me to solve the issue

This motel had everything we look for. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, friendly helpful service. It was also walking distance to the Servicmans club for a meal. We would stay there again next time we are travelling this way. Thank you
