My child completed a school holiday intensive at Jump Rozelle and has refined his swimming strokes amazingly in such a short amount of time. The instructor (Alexandra) observed and made adjustments to drills and explanations to get the best results. Highly recommend

Have been coming to this swim school since it opened. My son was terrified his first lesson when he didn’t bond with the teacher which left him scared. I addressed this and the owner personally got back and help me change a way so he was comfortable. Any issues that come up I have addressed, the owner is always fast at replying and always communicates amazingly.
My son, funny enough is with a teacher he wasn’t so comfortable with at first and he loves.
The teacher pushes and challenges him and I’ve seen his swimming in the last few weeks skyrocket thanks to this teacher.
I think any business that are great communicators and an owner that is invested deeply into, is a great business whether or not people have issues or not. For that reason my son and I will never leave this service.

The swimming instructors are great! However the receptionists are terrible! They are disorganised and very rude. Worse customer service ever!
The staff told me I still had one credit and asked me if I wanted to renovate it. I said I wouldn't renovate it. She was very rude just because I decided to not keep doing the classes.
I went last week to use my last credit and no one talked to me. Next day one of the receptionist called my husband saying She talked to me and I didn't want to pay for the class!!!!!
I would never take advantage and try to do a class for free. Even if it was a misunderstood, you guys handled it very badly (Can't believe you send an e-mail that rude for a customer).
I don't know if it was a mistake or not when you said I still had a credit...I will pay for the lesson, that is not the problem. The problem is how you guys approached us

This place is so good. My 4 year old daughter would refuse to get in the water until I discovered Jump. Now she’s so excited for her lesson every week and Jacqui & all the instructors are fab.
