Shocking service I’m an Airbnb proprietor and I was looking for a new linen service , first contact I was told to email the business so that’s what I did, didn’t hear back from them for over a week so I did a follow-up phone call, then I was told we’re not taking on any new clients because we’re too busy. I asked why no one bothered to get back to me and the response was were too busy.. all I can say is plenty more businesses who are willing to take my money, shocking customer service

I have been a customer for a couple of years and have been absolutely delighted with the quality, service and communication of JT Laundry. The quality of the product is first rate and deliveries are consistent and on time. Luisa in accounts is a delight to deal with and Rob is an excellent operator.

Been customers since 2019 and absolute worst people to deal with. Quick to send payments for deliveries they dont do but so unhelpful when it comes to trying to sort out business needs and helping out. Wont be using them again and will find a better more reputable supplier

We use JTs for all of our accomodation linen and cannot fault them. The quality is great and service even better. Like many others our business needs fluctuate and sometime at short notice. JTs have always gone above and beyond to do everything they can to make sure we have everything we need when we need it. You have found yourselves a long term customer. Thanks guys!

Lots a necklace, this linen company was used by the hotel and I called them desperately trying to locate my not only valuable but sentimental necklace. It was left if a robe pocked during a massage and went straight into the spas laundry basket which gets tied up and handed to the laundry company. These bags are tied shut and labled clearly so there in so confusing with other hotels. This is also a large chuncky necklace which would make it next to impossible not to be found by staff. This comes down to someone being unhonest and the lady on the phone did not care in the slightest about trying to help even located it, spoke as if it's 100% gone.
