Had a hard time finding a place that could do a HVAIS inspection for a 12 seater bus. These guys booked me in the next day & was out within 30 minutes. Great service, used their own disposable seat cover & no issues, thank you.

I’m surprised they are still operating. They running a total scam. No call to customer for simple aircon issue. Racked up a $10k bill, only let customer know after all work was complete.
Reply: it would be under the company name, on this occasion I wasn’t contacted prior to all the extra work being done.

Do not go. These guys are a scam.. took my truck in for a rego check and was blown away with there findings.
1. No Reflectors on truck
2. Handbrake needs adjustment
3. Power steering fluid leak
4. Body bolt loose
I informed them they fitted reflectors on the truck last rego and mysteriously that was taken off the defect list. My truck has no sign of p/s fluid leak anywhere on truck(no leaks anywhere on my concrete drive way) my drive way has 25degree lean my handbrake works perfect every day while my truck warms up for 20mins, even with a 2tonne machine and a 1tonne trailer on handbrake holds fine.
Total bill 408.99...$18 in parts, $50 for workshop rags, $40 rego check $300 labour.
30mins work tops if the work even existed. If someone really inspected my truck they would have seen reflectors (that's their purpose to be bright) but I doubt anyone really did look and the defect list was a scam. You guys could have resolved the issue on the spot when I confronted you instead you hit me with a ridiculous bill for nothing cause you knew my truck was out of rego the next day.. Top blokes notice you are less busy everytime I pass? Wonder why?

Richard and the team got me out of a jam big time! I use my car for work and the basic mechanic I took my car too couldn't fix the diesel leak on my car. All the other diesel mechanics that service cars were booked out for 3-4 weeks. I called JRB Diesel Fleetservice and even though they deal with trucks- Richard let me bring my car in first thing in the morning and they fixed the diesel leak quicksmart! I couldn't thank them enough for what they did.

Strongly recommended!!!!!! Don’t ever use people . I gave them my truck for repair which they quoted me over the phone around $1200 . But I got big surprise once they done everything they told me to pay $3400
Very rude staff ... I m helpless can’t do anything now they told me we quoted you only for parts not labour what’ a joke
I launch complain to fair trading office

NEVER STEP FOOT THERE AGAIN.
I took my truck in for a rego check!
I needed a new horn..
A number plate bolb at rear.
& a weld at the rear on the rails where you clip on the straps.

I got a $800 bill...... WHAT

Anyway i just payed it ...& went to my truck to leave & the key was on the truck with the ignition left on when their boys checked the lights for the rego check!

MY BATTERIES WERE FLAT AS!

The guys jumpstarted me & i drove it around for half an hour thinking all will be ok, they will charge up!

But NO...

The next day it was FLAT again!
I called MANAGEMENT at JRB & he tried telling me that they had to jumpstart the truck to bring it in , which isn't true because it always started with the first click.
Management says the best they can do now to help me out is to fit 2 new batteries for me but i have to pay for them?

Im amazed how anyone at all has their truck there for repairs!

the worst experience i have had. asked for a mechanic at 9 am was assured it would be there at 12 and am now told it will be later than 4pm.
have had a truck waiting on the side of the road unable to leave it since 9 am. wasted my whole day when a more responsible person would have been honest with me from the start. have wasted my time and money. not happy. do not use these cowboys
