We needed a tailgate delivery done ASAP. I called and spoke to Nicole and our delivery was completed within 2 hours!! I can’t thank them enough. 100% recommend for any deliveries in Geelong. Incredible and friendly service.

Shocking customer service , was expecting a Chrisco delivery between 7am and 7pm and it didn't arrive and while I understand unexpected things happen like a truck/van breaking down , but to not contact anyone to let them know is extremely unprofessional, it's just not good enough. Though they did try to ring me just before 9pm and again just before 11pm and as I work and had to be up at 5am I was asleep. A phone call or text when the truck broke down would have been appreciated and I would have been ok with that .
Next day myself and Chrisco tried several times to ring it just went to an answering service , and yes my messages were not rainbows and unicorns but I was not abusive nor did I swear , I was understandably grumpy , they had close to $3000 dollars of fully paid groceries of mine .
What a disgraceful company with the worst customer service I've ever encountered shame shame shame.

I have used JR Frieght several times now. The most recent was all of my new flooring delivered to their depot from Brisbane. JR Frieght let me know as soon as it arrived, and even though they were extremely busy, we were able to come to a mutual agreement for the best time for delivery to the Sth. Western District. I can understand how it can be impossible at times for some freight not to be delivered immediately. I can't thank Jamie, Nicole, and the team enough for all of their help with the delivery of my floorboards, and I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond to help every customer. Well done to this small family business.

Have been looking for a freight forwarder to service my business and came across JR Freight Service. We always check the reviews when looking up a new business/service to work with. Upon reading the business' response to the review from Carolyn Knights below, have decided to contact this company for our services. The review left by Carolyn seems to be from somebody that has no idea how freighting and logistics companies work, nor do they seem to have adequate staff or facilities to actually receive the items necessary for their business. Leaving an order until the week it's needed is definitely a poor choice to begin with. If you read through the 150 odd reviews they have placed on google, it seems that they leave a 1 star review at the slightest inconvenience (places opening at 10am even though it's specified on their google listing, etc). The response by JR Freight Services is spot on, and it sounds like they did the most they could to get the delivery sorted given the circumstances. Expecting a driver to unload something that would normally require a forklift is just plain ridiculous, and is also not their job to do. It seems as though this person was expecting others to do their own work for free, and it sounds like they need to reassess their businesses needs and capabilities and adapt their strategy to deal with these shortcomings.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED. I Suggest giving them a very big bypass when considering a courier. I had been told my purchases from another company would be collected Monday and delivered. I was expecting delivery no later then Wednesday. I advised both companies (sender and delivery) there
was no forklift multiple times and had to be unpacked by hand and stacked at my garage door. This company (JR FREIGHT)rang and I spoke to Maddison on more than one occasion as well as correspondence by email to Nicole). Maddison on all occasions very professional and nice thank you. I had also advised sender of
delay in them bringing (which cost me alot of money as my stock was required before Thursday to be taken to large event early Friday morning to be sold). My worker wasn't available on Friday to help unload as working away, my partner was at an appointment
and I was unable to lift any heavy items which was advised to both companies as courtesy. I waited all day for delivery. (NO time frame given) The rudest old grey haired man was sent. He refused to unload by hand. My driveway is steep but I take many deliveries per week from competent companies that back trucks doen and unload and do so happily and without problem or stress . He had no customer skills at all. He should be sacked instantly for the treatment I recieved. I WAS VERY UPSET AS LATE FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENT. HE drove off without delivery and caused me unnecessary stress and many unnecessaryphone calls to his company and sender. I paid good money for this delivery ( which took a long period of time to be delivered). This has never occurred before the sender is always very efficient and sadly on this occasion they chose the wrong courier company to deliver. I cannot understand WHY a delivery person would be sent to deliver if incapable of UNLOADING he was well past his use by date and lazy if unable to do so. WHAT A GIANT WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY SPENT TO DRIVE THIS DISTANCE AND REFUSE UNLOADING. I would mark your company MINUS 100 if I could. Most unprofessional company ever dealt with. Please ensure NO other business has to incur what I have this week. I have been in business over 25 years and have now seen it all a freight company that doesn't deliver

I had the Beckley boys move us from Herne Hill to Highton in Geelong. I know them and know how careful and professional they are, so was a no brainer to use them. All went to plan, so they earned themselves a beer afterwards. Hope you enjoy it fellas.
