The very first time I went on retreat with Julie and Journeys of the Spirit was in 2014. This was my first trip to India and one of my first experiences on an international retreat.

After travelling most of the world and in many different styles - from backpacking on a shoestring budget to luxury holidays - this experience in Kerala took my breath away. I still rave about the attention to detail that Julie puts into planning and facilitating her retreats, the incredible benefits of Ayurveda and the generosity of our wonderful hosts, not to mention the unforgettable accommodation in the jungle, some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted and my radiating health at the end of every trip!

Julie's retreats combine all of the things that I value in my life: spirituality, human connection, an alternative approach to health and wellbeing, personal growth and learning, along with the joy of discovering a new destination, meeting local people and embracing the local food and culture.

I honestly cannot recommend Journeys of the Spirit and their curated experiences enough. For me, my experiences with JOTS have been lifechanging and I cannot wait to join the next adventure! Thank you, Julie and team for all that you do to make these journeys unforgettable.

I have just viewed the new web site of 'Journeys Of The Spirit'. It is stunning, as are the photos of the many great trips. I have yet to book one of their journeys but hearing of other peoples experiences, its on my bucket list. And knowing Julie Baker (she's fabulous) every trip will be thoroughly researched and a life changing experience.
