Edrice from Journeys and Africa is amazing!!
We won't use any other travel agent when travelling to Mauritius. We have just got back from our 6th trip to Mauritius using Journeys and Africa. Nothing is out of the question or too hard. Everything was organised from flights, transfers, accomodation, tours and an all inclusive food and beverage package. I didn't have to lift a finger!! I cannot recommend Edrice and her team at Journeys and Africa enough. Don't go with anyone else, you will be dissapointed.

We have just returned from a 3 week tour of South Africa, and we could not recommend Journeys & Africa more highly! We have been working with Edrice since 2019 when she booked our flights, and then the dreaded Covid hit and our tour was put on hold. Edrice dealt with the credits and rebooked everything earlier this year, keeping us informed along the way. It all worked like clockwork! We would highly recommend them if you are looking at travelling to any of the countries they cover.

We needed a group booking for a quite complicated trip to Africa. What seemed insurmountable, Edrice made easy, with out complex itineary and reaquirements. She gave us great prices and excellent recommendations. She is on top of local knowledge with firsthand experience and gives constant feedback on situations before travel. She also provided us with a very useful and helpful App that she loaded all our travel information into, something no agent has done for us. She was so helpful and friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend Journeys & Africa for anyone wanting to travel.

Thank you so much Journeys & Africa for the most amazing holiday in South Africa. We even had a cancel in flight (because the airline ran into trouble) - domestic flight in South Africa - and they sorted that out for us before we even got to the airport and let me know ASAP (that was 11pm Australia time) just to make sure that we had a smooth trip. That is the advantage of using an agent instead of just booking it all online - they are there every step of your journey to make sure that you have the best time ever. Thanks again.

Had the most amazing time on a package holiday from Journeys Africa. Started on beaches in the Indian Ocean before touring through African National Parks. Absolutely amazing and Edrice was so helpful.

The person driving your company branded vehicle on the 27th July in Bardon was filmed driving in a manner that was unpredictable and dangerous. The driver of the vehicle changed lanes without indicating almost hitting my car, and once I made him aware that I was being impacted by his driving, he escalated the situation by tried to run me into a wall so I couldn't pass him. He then proceeded to hold up traffic by blocking the 2nd lane so I couldn't use it. What he didn't know, is that I was travelling to the GP's as my 4-year-old daughter was sick and needed to see a doctor urgently. Also, not only did his actions put us in danger, he also put our unborn child in danger... and for what point? stopping someone from using the road as it was intended?
