Overall everything was planned perfectly. The experience was curated to everything wanted to experience Australia's vast culture while extremely organized. The details of the trip could not have been any better making the trip very easy to self guide. Penny was wonderful and provided support and follow up with speed.

Excellent service and attention by our travel agent, Lisa Noye ar Journey Earth via Zicasso. She took care of every detail on an extended 23 day trip with four different segments. She handled things including changing activities, changing flights, calling to upgrade our room, and helping with any problems we had. Can’t imagine a better agent! She even answered a call on a Sunday when she was at a theme park with her family and a late night call. I thought I was just going to leave her a message, but she answered and acted to quickly address my issues. I will absolutely request her by name during future travels. When we began planning our trip to Australia, we were concerned about booking tours from the States to take in Australia. In a Google search Journey Earth via Zicasso popped up. After inquiring about their service, we were assigned a Travel Agent named Simone. From the outset, Simone listened and understood what we wanted to do while in Australia. She was able to recommend tours suited to our level of activity and what we wanted to see; she even included some rest days to enjoy the splendor of the area.
We wanted to see all the different wildlife that Australia has, as well as the different landscape. All of our tours were exceptional, with guides that obviously loved their country and their jobs. We were shown Sydney from the car and from the water several times. Each time, the guide was enthusiastic and willing to accommodate us to make sure we had the best experience. Everyone was nice, professional, and personable.

A Bucket List item was the Great Barrier Reef, and it was phenomenal! This was largely due to the company Quicksilver which took us out to the reef. They supervised and watched over us as we snorkeled. They considered our health conditions and watched over us more than the average company. It was a great experience and who can go to Australia and not see the Great Barrier Reef?!

Our tour of the Blue Mountains was beyond exceptional due to our guide Paul Hartmann. He was so enthusiastic and happy to show us whatever we wanted. He was diligent in showing us around and even got us to a place where there were at least 20-26 kangaroos in a field adjacent to where we had our afternoon tea. We got within 5 meters or so to these wild animals who put on a show for us Americans. Paul extended our tour to show us some small towns in the mountains. The scenery and wildlife were breath taking!

All the drivers and guides were on time, polite, professional and made us feel like we were their friends. Their vehicles were modern and clean with water always available.

I don’t think anyone could have arranged our visit to beautiful Australia better than Simone. She checked on us to make sure all was going well and really made us feel like she was a friend at our beck and call. Our trip was so relaxing and enjoyable because we knew Simone had it all under control. Thank you so much Simone.

This was the best experience of our lives due to the excellent planning of Penny Webster with Journey Earth.This was the second time we have used her as our travel agent . Her time with multiple revisions of our plans made everything happen with no mishaps. Visiting the South Pacific Islands was a dream come true! The icing on the cake was having Penny thoughtfully curate our itinerary.
