To be honest we thought that Jopen Complex was a really nice place to stay. Our room was very clean and tidy with a good sized bathroom. Of all the rooms we have stayed in on this holiday and its quite a lot, Jopen Complex was the cleanest so far, thank you. The room had a good free wifi connection also a small balcony to sit outside. Attached to the complex is a cafe where you can buy breakfast. A bit of advice if you order the big breakfast make sure you are hungry or have someone to help you out. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Sussex Inlet, wish we could have stayed a little longer. The staff we met, the man serving in the cafe and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit drive away from main Jervis Bay, if you want to go to all man beaches, it cam take up to 35mins. |The room itself was good size, simple but have enough amenities for short stay. |Restaurant is serving really good portion . First day we ordered 2 omelettes and it fulled us up until aftarenoon. Coffee was exceptionnal. |However, a bit confusing as we thought the breakfast was included in package even we asked the lady on first day arrival , she said yes. We ended up pay $30 each day for breakfast. The breakfast price is not an issue for us but it would be better if hotel confirmed since beginning.

Nice motel and good price for around Sussex inlet..

From this motel you can found some Kangaroos but at around 6 or 7 PM.

Also, they have many option for the breakfast menu, but the sad thing is the cafe only open till 3 PM.
That's make us little bit upset, because for dinner you need to go a bit far, around half an hour to reach some restaurant..

Overall room cleanliness was good. However there are few dissatisfaction.
• After few moments of entering a room, we both started coughing, felt like the throat is itching. Never had the problem before. We felt the room might not have been used for quite a long so the air in the room was dusty (our speculation ).
•There were yellow stains on the curtain at several spots. (See photo)
• The blanket was dirty, there were several stain spot, ended up using bed liner only.

The good things are
• WiFi signal was strong and internet was fast
• Microwave oven was available
• Hair Shampoo and conditioner was available apart from the soap.
•The balcony was clean and tidy.
•The room was quite.
• There was iron table, cloth iron and extra pillow inside the cupboard.
• The check in system was clear, concise and Covid friendly.

This place is really disgusting. The bathrooms are mouldy everywhere, the floors and all the surfaces are sticky. Worst of all, our key was left under the mat and nobody was at reception; we had to call some guy who gave us instructions to ‘check in’. I don’t know if you’d call that “service”. The appliances were also in bad shape: Our kettle was broken and the crockery was dirty. We were also told that, due to the school holidays, WiFi coverage may not “stretch” to inside the rooms… what a joke… only redeeming factor is it’s modest price, but you get what you pay for, right?

Stayed there with friends and won’t ever again. The bathroom had a horrible smell, woke up very itchy and beds weren’t comfortable at all and the pillows were stained. I hope in the future they learn from this because any motel you should feel comfortable and not have to go to the nearest shop to buy 2 bottles of glen 20 and clean the room yourself.

We booked our night very last minute and all worked pretty well, great place for spend a night between drives. AC, fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. Bathroom was nice and clean. Lot of services around and short drive to Jervis Bay. Friendly staff.
