The guard is doing a tough and very good job there, looking after people on foot at the centre, as some individuals are not following the centre’s policies and are bringing vehicles into the bus bays. My wife and I were there, and I noticed several people ignoring the “NO ENTRY (Authorised Vehicles Only)” signage. Some drivers were also going too fast, despite many pedestrians being around.

I witnessed one incident where a driver started yelling when the security guard advised him not to drive through. The guard handled the situation well and removed the driver from the site—he really did a great job. I also saw some people driving in through the exit gate, which poses a high risk of collisions. Unfortunately, some people simply don’t consider the safety of others.

Why not just park outside instead of driving in?

I would rate the change room and bathroom area 3 out of 5, as they were not very clean.

A fair place to wait for your bus. The toilet is clean, and there's a café that sells food and drinks, which is great—especially because the centre opens very early in the morning. That really helped when I arrived early in Canberra.
However, one downside is that it closes at 8 PM, while my Greyhound at 9:30 PM depart. This means you’ll have to wait outside. I also noticed a few homeless people around—while they didn’t disturb me, it did make me feel a bit uneasy. Still, it gets the job done if you plan around the opening hours.

I was impressed by its facilities. It's a small but fully fledged bus terminal that offers all amenities, making the travel experience smooth and comfortable.

The terminal's convenient location at the heart of the city is a huge plus. Additionally, getting taxis is a breeze, with plenty of options available right outside the terminal.

I usually do not leave reviews unless I really have a terrible experience. Everyone has bad days, everyone. Murrays reception, particulartly an older woman, is the defention of unkind and unwelcoming. As a passengar I wouldnt assume asking for the key to the bathroom was not too big of an ask, but apparently this morning, it seemed that even smiling at this woman made her angry. Just a simple rule to live by incase you missed it in primary school. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Easy access in Canberra city, sometimes ACT taxis take up all the drop off parking which makes it difficult.
Murray's coach to Sydney is a fantastic service, I use it often

It's functional as a bus station but only just. Certainly not inspiring. Hidden and with limited parking so you need to know what you are doing if you plan to pick up your friends. Crying out for reinvestment. At least a tourist map that is newer than 1993 would help.

This place is mainly for the depot for the Murray's coaches. It's a little dated and the toilets are a bit old, but it's handy and has seats while you wait for your bus to depart.
