We see Tony at JJ Taxation Services every year, after many times looking for a decent tax agent. Will never go to anybody else. Highly recommend Tony & JJ Taxation Services.

I have been a customer since the year 2000 with James and unfortunately but good for James has retired and moved on.
Then had Dan and Daniel which again were great and knew their stuff as well as Tanja who unfortunately has left she was unbelievably knowledgeable and very attentive best service ever and explained everything in layman's terms. However on 1 occasion had Tony who was extremely rude had no idea about basic things such as packaging and salary sacrifice etc.
Or anything to do with family tax benefits claims either.
He was very abrupt and couldn't wait to get you out of there. Wouldn't answer questions professionally and really knows how to mansplain.
Anyway fast forward a couple of years and Tanja has left and only had the choice of seeing Tony I declined to book. Have a friend who did book to see Tony and said I'd wait to see how they go maybe Tony has changed or worked on his customer service skills.
No change is worse and to top it off when my friend called to ask for help on their return said he had no idea and hung on on them. Did not want to discuss it and said it's not his problem. What an absolute joke.
I can't understand how so many people are giving him such great reviews except that he has asked family and friends to put up good reviews and paid them. Very strange
This guy is not knowledgeable and knows nothing. A real piece of work. Do not see Tony.

Highly recommend Tony from JJ Taxation. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very quick. Needless to say i was very happy and have to say that it's been the easiest tax return I've done in years. Thanks again Tony 😊

If you want to deal with rude and unprofessional people look no further than dealing with Tony. My worst taxation assessment in over a decade, he spoke over me and my partner throughout the entire conversation, has the worst customer service skills and gave us the worst assessment in a decade. I accepted the return but for my own curiosity had another accountant do a quick re-assessment and my feeling was justified. Tony just rushes through it and is the rudest professional i have dealt with in years. We did have a very good experience with Dan the year before and he was really courteous so would recommend him highly!

I used this Accountancy service for both my personal and Self Managed Super Fund and they are an absolute joke. I lost so much money due to incompetence, they close down completely for a month over Christmas and I was issued with a $45k tax debt the week before Christmas and was left hanging for a month as to the reason why (which was because of their incompetence to notify the ATO of changes to my super)….if there was no star I would have used it. Do yourself a favour and find a professional Accountant.

Have had my tax return completed by James for over 10 years, who has know retired, half his luck.
Just had this year's return completed by Tony over the phone , through recommendation and will continue to do so for many years to come. Not an easy thing to do in these difficult times , but Tony was great , good conversation had and good return .
Will continue to recommend as I have done for 10 years
