I bought tickets to P1Harmony in Berlin and Oberhausen. Even though the Oberhausen sow got postponed I really enjoyed the one in Berlin, the concert was super fun and the atmosphere was beyond my expectations. i could not attend the postponed Oberhausen concert, but i got my refund so i just want to thank JIN Entertainment for the amazing concert.

There are a lot of untrustworthy kpop event organisers in europe, however jin is not one of them. I've been to multiple concerts of them and always had a great time. I also received my refund when the show was cancelled because of artists health

I can't relate to the bad reviews. Yes the refund took some time but at the end I got it and I'm sure there were serious reasons for that. They just postponed 2 concerts cause of health issues of the artists and yes something like this can happen last minute for every event. They also made an official post about that. Sure it was was sad but health issues are no ones fault.
All my questions were answered kindly. I also visited their K-Galaxy in Berlin and it was just awesome! Also the unpacked event the day before FOR FREE! Thank you so much for this nice experience <3

Booked a concert with them, including booking protection. They cancelled the concert minutes before it was to begin and have not refunded any of the concert goers, including those who paid extra for booking protection.

when you see that Jin Ent is the organiser of any event you want to go. RUN !
This organiser is not serious, events are often cancelled and refund takes a lot of time (if you ever get a refunded) !!!
