Booked an appointment a few weeks in advance for my covid booster and vax 1 for two of my children. Re-arranged work, got up early post nightshift to go, took time off for expected post-vax fatigue, prepped 2 kids for a needle, only to get there and be told that we had been rescheduled for almost 10 days in the future. “Is that ok?” they asked without even a hint of an apology. No it’s not. I understand supply issues but a simple phone call could have avoided a very very disappointing experience.
