Jillaroo Motel Glenn Innes, not the newest motel in the region, but clean, tidy, great beds, excellent bathroom and small kitchen facilities. owners couldn't help enough. Hubby, myself and our 2 dogs (1 large, 1 small) stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.. Highly recommend it.. Every One is Dog friendly and just about everyone had their pet with them.. Was awesome.

We stayed here in April for a last minute booking with our two dogs. The owner was so helpful and friendly!
The place was beautiful and the room was recently renovated. Everything was so clean and well looked after.
The view is stunning day or night from this hotel. Will definitely be back?

Hidden little gem with the friendliest staff. Wasn’t too sure when I booked after reading a couple of the reviews but decided to book anyways. Super glad I did. Receptionist was so helpful then walked one of furbabies around the garden whilst I unpacked. Room was modern, refreshing & extremely clean when I opened the door. Loved the colour scheme and the bed was very comfy. Had everything I needed and I felt safe at night. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dogs and very close to town centre. Thank you for your hospitality Jillaroo. I will be back!

A great little location for a stopover. The owners were very accommodating to our family arranging a trundle bed and even offering a pet bed for our new puppy. The room had everything we needed and was very warm in the colder temps. Great value - highly recommend and would be happy to stay again in the future.

The lady who greeted me was wonderful, warm, and friendly - I can't fault her customer service.
The room was clean and presentable, but I can't say anything else positive about it. The air con worked for a couple of hours then stopped and started dripping water (loudly) for most of the night, the shower was difficult to moderate (either scalding or cold), the bed was uncomfortable, all you could smell was cigarette smoke from the other people staying (not nice when you are a non-smoker) etc. The place is obviously animal friendly, which is great but when you are travelling for work you dont want to be woken by dogs barking.

Looking for somewhere to stay in Glen Innes, it appeared most of the motels in town were fully booked, but we managed to find a room at the Jillaroo. The motel looks a bit run down from the outside and needs quite a bit of tidying up. Talking to the Manager, she advised that they had just taken over the motel a month before our visit and were very busy improving the standard of the rooms. Surprisingly (compared to the exterior appearance) our room was lovely. It had been completely refurbished and redecorated and the facilities included everything you look for in a quality motel. Comfortable bed, a little traffic noise, not not disturbingly so and spotlessly clean.|The motel is located on the main (New England) highway on the outskirts of town and a bit far to walk into town. There is a reasonable, but basic (licensed) restaurant located across the road from the motel if you need somewhere to eat and don't want to drive.|Overall we had a very pleasant evening at the Jillaroo.

Had a fantastic stay on a long drive from Sydney to Queensland, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms a clean, and wonderful, exactly what I needed on my long drive north, loved Glenn Innes, and everyone at this motel, will definitely stay again.

Nice, clean and confurtable room.

We were travelling with our dog for the first time and it was a very enjoyable stay.
Great area for dogs to walk about.
