Had a great stay here recently. Spacious room, awesome shower and comfortable bed. Older style but they have updated the rooms with some accents which makes them feel very nice, including the wood panelling on the ceiling and beams. Very cosy.
Staff are helpful and friendly, would 100% recommend.

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room to move in the bathroom.
The service was fast excellent and happy to meet with you.
Booking was easy on the website and follow up emails sent to confirm and remind of the booking dates.
The location is perfect close to shops for food, coffee and browsing.
Will be staying here again.

My partner & I stayed on Saturday 09/08. It was lovely. The room was clean & tidy. And oh how I would love that shower at home!! The timber beams of the ceiling were warm & welcoming.

Depak was ever so lovely to deal with.

Great value, clean rooms and pet friendly. The rooms feel quite spacious, they have high ceilings. Comfortable enough beds. Excellent water pressure in the shower. They were happy for us to bring our dog even though he is large, for a $30 additional fee which is very reasonable. Aircon/ heating worked great and was quiet. Very close walk to restaurants and cafes. Short walk to the lake for amazing sunset views. Overall, it is good value for what you get. We will definitely be back again.

We have been here twice already, May 2024 and August of this year and the rooms we stayed in was great! Everything was in good working order and was close to lots of places, the staff were also very lovely and were accommodating if we needed anything. When we are back in Sydney/Bateau Bay again we will be back at Jetty Motel for the third time 😊

Room was clean and tidy, towels and toiletries were provided, the lovely staff member we spoke to was insistent on cleaning our room even after we told her we were happy to rebook the same room as is after deciding to stay another night. Keys were provided late at night due to us arriving later than expected and they were very welcoming in every aspect. 10/10 recommend

Our room had a comfortable bed and working smart TV, but apart from that, it was very tired, dark and smelled of eau de motel, that ubiquitous scent that highway motels all used to have. The site says renovated, but the only renovation we could see was a fresh coat of paint. The staff member kindly gave us a discount, but even with that it was very overpriced.

The good: beds comfortable; shower pressure strong and hot when needed; venue gave $30 back of my $45 partial refund request for the below reasons.

The bad and ugly: AC/heater not serviced adequately and incredibly loud all night on every setting; floors of the kitchenette filthy and uncleaned; $30 nightly dog charge excessive for a cheap room; poor window glazing led to sound leaking in from the main road.
