Because of my experience with you and Jetta Express refusing to refund me my money of $580. I will give you a bad review because of the bad experience with your company. I am a customer and customer's are always right, you should know this because you're in retail.

Couldn’t send the bag due to Covid which was fine. Extremely rude service from the start. Picked up the bag six weeks ago. They have not refunded me $390. After waiting I have started calling them constantly. Finally got hold of the owner he said he’d put it through but if I called again that day he’d reverse it and not pay me at all. . That was five days ago. Still nothing. After six weeks I have to accept they will not refund me and I’m in the process of reporting it to fair trading. Please do not use this company.

Yes they picked up my 35kg box bound for Edinburgh at a very reasonable $500. No worries they said, just pick it up at Edinburgh airport they said. What they didn't say was that it has to go through UK Customs which cost me another $600. Be warned.
