Stefania organizes all of our travel needs. She is always so thorough with all of our bookings and everything is always spot on. We recently had an overseas holiday, our flight coming home from Portugal left 45 mins late so we missed our connecting flight in Dubai when I took my phone off airplane mode I had a message from Emirates to say that they have put us on another flight 24 hours later which meant we miss our two Australian flights that we had booked! By time I walked into the airport, Stef had already messaged saying she was aware of us not getting that flight and she straight away organized new flights and accommodation and did our insurance claim. If you want a stress-free holiday, make sure you give Stef a call. I can’t recommend Stef and Jestter travel enough just amazing❤️💋😘

Well, what can I say… We had the most amazing 6week Europe family holiday across November/December 2024. Stef and the team provided expert advice, they organised everything from dates, places, flights, activities and so much more. They were able to incorporate different aspects of the holiday for the adults, the kids and memories as a family. ⛄️❄️

It was the most child friendly, magical, well planned out holiday for a big party of eight. We traveled around England, Scotland, France, and Finland, including LAPLAND!! Stef was so particular with the details and brought every together beautifully and into one easy to read itinerary.

No family holiday can happen without a hiccup or two!! Stef received a call from us at 3am in the morning with a flight dilemma.. she got up no questions asked and fired the computer and phone up. She was so patient, calm and understanding on the phone (not to mention at 3.15am in morning by this time). Stef was able to sort the issue out with the airline and got us on the flight before the flight cut off time.. Phew 😅.. we really appreciated the support and personal touch she provides.

Lapland was the best part of our trip and something you need to book through a travel consultant. I highly recommend Stef and her team. They are a small boutique in Ayr but you can meet in person, or request phone consults. Due to being a family run and the staff are appreciated, you never have to worry about constant staff turn over.

Sorry it’s 6m late but thank you so much for everything you did and we appreciated all the little touches you did. We have another 6wk holiday coming next year and we wouldn’t be going through anyone else..

My husband and I had the most amazing honeymoon, thanks to Stefania at Jetsetter Travel! Stef was incredibly accommodating, and tailored the perfect trip with every detail taken care of so we were able to relax without a worry. When our flight home was delayed causing a disruption to the connecting flight, we were able to contact Stef (outside business hours) and she quickly stepped in, to arrange last minute accommodation for us. We’re so grateful for her excellent service and highly recommend her for anyone planning their next trip!
