I ordered some parts online on a Monday evening. Tuesday morning I get a message after a missed call asking to ring back with the explanation being that there were some inconsistencies in my order.
I rang back and a friendly lady explained that the tamper I had ordered was not the ideal size for my baskets and group head. She explained why and offered to replace the tamper with one that would better suit my needs. The next day afternoon my updated order had been delivered at my home!!!!
Excellent service , good prices I feel and really fast turnaround!!

In July this year I purchased (on line) a Lelit Anna. Hard as I tried, I couldn't get my head around all the complicated instructions and actually make a decent coffee. Two months later I called up Jetblack and they offered to exchange it for another machine. I went to their Sydney shop and the staff were extremely understanding on what I wanted. I decided to exchange the Lelit Anna for an Ascaso Dream One. The Ascaso was a bit more pricey so I did have to pay the difference. The new machine is so much more straight forward and ... it even matches my kitchen colours. I'm a very happy customer.

I really appreciated the time that Helen took to
walk me through the features and capabilities of the Profitec machines that I was interested in. Excellent customer service, a great range of machines and grinders to look at and was able to taste coffee from the two most likely options.

I was an instant Nescafé gal (out of necessity) until I tasted the mouth-watering JBE espresso coffee easily prepared in my new French Press! My life of permanently changed and my morning routine is now a flavourful pleasure, not a bitter chore!
When I first went in there Frenches Forrest store the staff were helpful, friendly and it didn’t matter that I only wanted to buy a bag of beans, I was treated like I was buying an expensive machine!!!
Can’t recommend enough! Do yourself a favour!!!

I purchased a great machine with JetBlack Espresso about 3.5 years ago from the SYD store. The machine has been great, but it has been the after market servicing that has also been notable and impressive to me. I've had the machine most recently serviced with Jetblack not quite a year ago, but recently I had noticed some varied performance of the machine. I called up thinking I'd be required to book the machine in for another service, but the Amber was able to trouble shoot a few things with me over the phone and also followed up with an email providing direction. Happy to say I was able to solve things without requiring a service so soon after the last one. That experience alone has built trust and loyalty for me... Would recommend Jetblack to anyone looking for their next machine or grinder.

Helen provided thorough and patent explanations of the aspects of all different machines as well as guidance on what we will need to do to make great coffee - this was a great experience - especially for people who want to make better coffee but don’t have the knowledge to do so
