Hired a two-man kayak at 9am on a Saturday morning. Damien was very prompt and friendly, got us signed up and out on the water in 15 minutes. We had a lovely 2 hour paddle up the river and back. Spotted some stingrays, fish, birds, and lots of beautiful bush land. Great activity to do with the family, or even as a solo adventure. Also got to use our Discover Vouchers!

The customer service is beyond poor. We waited for 2 hours then we were told different stories about the kayaks unavailable and couldn’t hire any at the end. Such a waste of time!

Awesome experience, Vlad looked after us from the start to end. Making sure we were confident and comfortable before we set off on the boat hire which is great and requires no license. Highly recommended

Just turned up around 1030 on a friday.
Rented 3 single kayaks. Does seem like the place is over reaching many business on site with few staff doing very little. But once we were in the water nice paddle up the river in the rain. On return around the 2 hr mark the Dolphin boat had returned which made it little difficult to saftey return the kayak. But boats crew did help pull kayaks out water as inside staff were overwhelmed. Defo a great thing to do just arrive with plenty of time to hang out. If on a tight schedule will be an annoying time for you.

Hired some kayaks, pretty standard. No staff to help us when we returned, had to get off the kayaks ourselves. It seemed to be the cheapest kayak hire in town though.

Lovely experience with hiring out double kayaks for our double date. A smooth process. The instructors were friendly and modelled all safety measures as well as explaining and reassuring us of where our boundaries were in the vicinity. Would recommend this service to anybody who wishes to kayak in the Jervis Bay area.

We were unable to hire a kayak with this company due to the poor customer service. When enquiring about hiring a kayak we were told the last time segment to hire a kayak would be 3pm. The next day we arrived at the business to hire a kayak at approximately 2pm. We had to wait 10 minutes to be served as there were no staff to be seen. When we finally were served we were told by the lady that the last time segment was 1:30pm and she refused to provide any further assistance. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I am pretty much rely on google reviews when come to choosing services or products. Same with this place. Tbh, first I went to another kayak hire place, base on a better review. But there was no availibily, so I decided to give this place a try. Thanks for the other reviews about how unsmooth is the kayak hiring process. So I was prepare. There was a booth of " kayak hire here" but no one there. So I just approched to a staff cafe and asked for kayak hiring. She advised me nicely to contact a tour desk inside the cafe. Could be that I was just lucky or I visited during the holidays season, so there were many staff working.The whole process was really smooth and easy for me. Yes, we had to wait for the cruise to leave the dock before we can get into or get out from water. But luckily it was not a long wait. Overall I had a good experience, enjoyed kayaking and beautiful water way.
