Everyone I have dealt with at Jellis Craig has been awful. I initially picked Jellis Craig because Ari Levin had good reviews, but he took my property to market then disappeared without letting me know. I was then palmed off to his 2IC Jake Sulley, who continued to look after my campaign and take it to auction. His strategies seemed weird with advertising my property well below market price but I continued anyway as I was assured it would get buyers through the door and push the price up. Once it went to auction, I felt pressured by the auctioneer to take an offer well below what I wanted, and I did not proceed. Jake then left Jellis Craig without telling me either. Even dealing with the other people in the business after this - they all throw each other under the bus and say a lot of words and sorry without any meaning. They are unhelpful and don’t care at all about how much stress they have caused throughout the process. I will never be dealing with Jellis Craig again, and I suggest if you are looking for someone to sell your property, you stay far away from them too. They don’t do honest business and are extremely rude. All they care about it selling your property for any price so they get their commission and move on, and that’s not how good business is done.

Ari Levin recently sold our apartment in Bentleigh. From the outset I was impressed with his determination to achieve the sale with the best possible outcome which he did. Property management team,
Dealing with Jellis Craig has been nothing short of woeful, I wouldn't even trust them with leasing my dog kennel.

Their incredible ability not only to double-pay bills, but overpay them into wrong accounts is like watching a masterful game of financial hide-and-seek, except instead of finding your money, you get to enjoy a 3 months-long waiting game with bated breath. It's like an involuntary savings plan – who needs their own money on time, anyway?

Lastly, their unwavering disinterest in catering to the needs of both tenants and landlords is commendable. After all, who needs to deal with a company that's attentive and competent when you can have one that is like Jellis Craig ?

They're the true masters of making every interaction another misadventure.
