Excellent service from Eduardo today. He came and inspected my site and steered me in the best direction; even though there will be no commercial advantage to JDS due to the nature of our dampness issue. Nice work guys. JDS Waterproofing Solutions- 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this business….

I had a rising damp issue where the salt from the pool had penetrated the mortar and the brickwork…

Don’t make the same mistake as me!!!

Contact Arthur and Eduardo at JDS.

Not knowing about JDS, I ignorantly had another so call experienced waterproofers attend remove and repoint the mortar, add a surface water drain, took my money and left.

When I contacted them 8 months later with the same problem they told me they didn’t know what else to do!!!

JDS total professionals:
Attended on time, explained the Cocoon process ( draw the salt from the bricks) and how the barrier injections work and the expected time frame… everything was completed as they indicated.

The problem has been resolved thanks to JDS.
I wish I’d found them on the first occasion.

JDS Waterproofing recently completed a rising damp treatment on our property. From first contact with Arthur to the completion of the job, it was an excellent experience. Arthur and Eduardo are highly skilled and experienced in their trade, and offer incredible service. They kept me informed at all times about the job, they completed it very promptly and cleaned up neatly when they were finished. The price was also excellent value. And they provide a great warranty system which gave us peace of mind.

I contacted JDS via email. They were prompt with their phone contact, an appointment was made and they were on time.
Excellent understanding of the water ingress problem that was occurring. They suggested a solution which we accepted.
They did the work as planned in the time calculated. Great result, I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, quality and pricing.
Highly recommended.
