I wouldn't go to any other agency in the Shire. After working in wholesale travel for 7 years, I can say that JDS is the friendliest and most attentive agency in the area. I had very complicated flight arrangements and had fantastic service from Christy and Cathy. Trying to do it myself would have been a nightmare. Also if I hadn't double checked some advice given by another tour operator with them I would have missed my connection and been left stranded in Rome airport. In theory you can try booking yourself but there are some times when expert help is invaluable. They really helped take the stress out of it.
