Hiring Jenna was the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired her for day-of coordination and she went above and beyond to surpass all of our expectations. She encouraged us to reach out with any questions during our planning process and had great advice and insight whenever we were unsure about something. She also has some amazing vendors she works with, we were extremely happy with her florist recommendation. She is very organized and has a similar type-A personality to me which I appreciated, as I could trust her to keep everything together and communicate all the important details. She helped us tie up loose ends to put all of our design elements together flawlessly and helped us bring to life the vision I’ve had in my head since I was a little girl. The day of our event, Jenna and her assistant were on top of everything. There were some big things that went wrong (as is bound to happen) and I never knew about any of them. My dress came unbustled and they were there fixing it within a few seconds, before we even had a chance to tell them. They were prepared for everything and we really could not have pulled together our beautiful wedding without them. We will forever be grateful to Jenna and her team.

Jenna Carino was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we met her, we knew that we were in good hands. i have worked in the wedding industry myself and had extremely high expectations for how I wanted to be supported on my wedding day and Jenna surpassed every single one. Jenna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, making everything easy and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, she helped us with DJ recommendations, design and ultimately delivered the wedding of our dreams! Jenna went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect. Jenna was our favorite person throughout the entire process, and as the bride I was constantly talking about how much I relied on her and loved having her as the person to lean on. I already miss working with her and both of us cannot recommend her highly enough. On our wedding day, we did not worry about a single thing thanks to her. She kept everyone organized, she handled many different personalities with professionalism, kindness, humor and grace. We are so grateful to have had Jenna as our wedding coordinator, and we would give her 10 stars if we could!

I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Most never responded to me or were just way too expensive. Finding Jenna was meant to be. She really made me realize how valuable a wedding coordinator is and above all how valuable she was to us. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of ?. She is extremely professional and on top of it all and my husband I highly recommend her. All of our guests commented on how smooth the wedding went and for us was nearly stress free. I truly can't recommend Jenna enough!! When we first met with Jenna, we knew she would be a great planner for us because she was so professional and got right down to business. Throughout the planning process, she kept us on our timeline, on budget, and consistently drove results. She communicated with myself and all the vendors frequently and efficiently. Our wedding was a unique one, because we got married in my parents' backyard in a horse arena. So we really had to do everything from the ground up. I'm not the most creative, so I really relied on Jenna to bring everything together, both in the functional and creative sense. And Jenna nailed it! Everything came together even better than I could have imagined and we got so many compliments. The week of the wedding, we had some hiccups with some of the vendors and Jenna handled it all professionally and kept the stress away from my husband and I. After all is said and done, we truly think out of everything for the wedding, the best money we spent was hiring Jenna. Not only is Jenna amazing at her job, but she is so sweet and kind and I will miss talking with her every week! Thank you so much, Jenna!!

What can I say, Jenna was absolutely excellent. Leading up to the wedding she was very organized and professional. She did a great job at helping us communicate with wedding vendors and brainstorm final décor. She communicated our vision to the different vendors and was even an advocate when we ran into a contractual hiccup with one of them. With her knowledge and connections, we got a great deal on our wedding cake and she even had customized wedding mirrors made for our special day. The day of the wedding she took care of everything and truly made us feel like the VIPs for the event. She kept everything on track and if there were any problems I wouldn't even know because she handled them promptly and professionally. I can say if you are on the fence about getting a planner, Jenna is absolutely worth it and saved us from many headaches. Out of all the pieces that go into a wedding she would be at the top of the list for money well spent. We hope to see you at one of our friend’s weddings soon!

Her knowledge of not only knowing the ins and outs of our venue, but of all vendors in the San Diego area made the process of working with her extremely seamless. She displayed a great balance of letting us plan our wedding, but also not being afraid to draw from her experiences and give her recommendation of things as well.
