We hired the Palate Restaurant Bar in Prahran for our Son's 21st birthday party. It was the perfect venue for us. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the 40-60 guests, small enough to be intimate, but not overcrowded.

Caitlin Hillier from JBS Hospitality Group suggested the venue, and helped us to organised the event. She was superb. It was so easy to organise with her help. We wanted to make some adjustments to the standard packages they offered, and Caitlin was able to arrange it for us with no problems. (We wanted an open bar - with a maximum cap, and also wanted to have all-vegan catered hors d'oeuvres). Caitlin also suggested several DJs that had played at the venue before. (We chose Pulse DJ - which was perfect for our needs!)

We arrived an hour ahead of time, and everything was already organized. The venue looked festive, and the Staff were attentive and very helpful. During the night, the staff circulated with the delicious hors d'oeuvres, and the bartenders were friendly and quick to serve. The evening was a great success.

We would definitely recommend using Caitlin Hillier from JBS Hospitality Group to help find the perfect venue, and organise your event!
